Ronda Rousey would fight at a catchweight, but only against Gina Carano

“I would love that. I’ve always said that, I never would’ve found women’s MMA if I hadn’t seen her fight,” Rousey told reporters in Dallas on Friday.
“To fight her would be a real honor and I think that’d be a milestone for the sport. But, I mean, you can’t fight for anyone but yourself. I wouldn’t want her to fight for any other reason than if she wants to fight. It’s a personal decision for everyone.”

White confirms Alexander Gustafsson No. 1, meets winner of Jones-Teixeira

“If Jones wins, we have a nasty rematch,” White said at the post-event press conference at London’s O2 Arena. “If he doesn’t, then it’s [Gustafsson] and Glover Teixeira.”

“Jon Jones, I want my title shot again,” Gustafsson said. “I’m right here. Whenever you want.”


Jones (19-1 MMA, 13-1 UFC) and Teixeira (22-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC) meet at  UFC 172 on April 26 at Baltimore’s Baltimore Arena.
