UFC's Chael Sonnen: Right now 'there's no opponent' for me

"I'll need some fights to happen in the middleweight division (and) fights in the light-heavyweight division," Sonnen told (www.mmajunkie.com) at a Full Contact Fighting Federation event this past Saturday in Portland, Ore. "But as it stands right now, there's no opponent."

"I know (Antonio Rogerio) 'Lil Nog' (Nogueira) is going to fight with 'Shogun,' so he's off the table, and the real side of it, too, is that I just got done," he said. "I just got out of the ring exactly one week ago, so I started back for practice today. It was my first time breaking a sweat, and from here on, I'm back at it.

"But I don't have any opponent. I'd really like to be part of the 20th anniversary show. I'm really looking to be part of the St-Pierre (vs.) Hendricks card."

"I'll fight one more time this year," Sonnen said. "That puts me between the St-Pierre card or the Chris Weidman card. So I would like to be part of the 20th anniversary show. But one of those two dates match up well."

Chael Sonnen says he'll keep calling out Wanderlei Silva

"Wanderlei drives me insane. Wanderlei Silva tells the media he wants to fight me. I would love to fight Wanderlei. Wanderlei insists that fight has never been offered. That's been a big marquee fight for years – to believe he hasn't been offered that fight is ridiculous, and it pisses me off. All I need for him is to say he doesn't want to do it, then I'm out. I'm not a bully, and I'm not going to pick on him – but if he continues to say it, he's going to continue to get me to respond."

"I would beat up Vitor on the way to the ring to kick Wanderlei's ass, and I'll take care of the third guy whose name I've already forgotten on the way to the parking lot on the way to my after party," said Sonnen. "I'm not excited to fight a contract to fight Vitor (Belfort) or (Antonio Rogerio) 'Little Nog' (Nogueira). Because they pull out. They don't show up and fight when they say they want to fight. Everybody's a tough guy behind the keyboard. Now, I personally think Vitor is also an excellent fighter. He just doesn't always show up and fight, so I don't know how I'm supposed to go through one of these processes.

"Wanderlei, not for nothing, he will show up when he says he'll show up. The same thing goes with Anderson Silva. Whether Anderson is hurt or not, if he signs a contract he shows up, and that means something to me. Some of those other guys don't, and it's tough. Little Nogueria says he wants to fight 'Shogun' – why would 'Shogun' sign a contract to fight a guy who said that before? It's like Brer Rabbit…'I wasn't born in the briar patch.' Sure you were!"

'Korean Zombie' after UFC 163 injury: 'I would love to get a rematch' wit Video Highlights

While throwing a right hand in the fourth round, Jung's shoulder dislocated, and Aldo pounced.

"I felt like my strategy was starting to work, in particular in the fourth round," the Korean fighter said through a translator. "I was starting to turn up the intensity.

"Unfortunately, when I separated my shoulder, I tried to put it back in myself, but it didn't work, and I think Jose noticed my shoulder was out, and he kicked me three times really hard. So unfortunately, the shoulder was not able to be put back in."

"It was really painful when it first separated, but they took us back to the medical room, and they popped it back into place," said Jung, who attended the post-fight press conference sporting an arm sling and the customary cuts and bruises. "It feels OK.

"As far as the rematch goes, I would love to get a rematch," he said. "I would love to ask for a rematch, but I think there are other people that are waiting in line, and I probably have to get a couple more wins in the division before they'll give me another shot at the title."
