Dana White again blasts conspiracy theories, Sports Illustrated on UFC 162 claim

"Who's going to throw a fight by getting viciously knocked out?" the UFC executive ranted during an appearance on ESPN2's "Highly Questionable." "You know how stupid you'd have to be to even think that?" "Speaking of morons, Sports Illustrated had this group of people together, and they actually – Sports Illustrated! – had this panel saying, 'Yeah, so I heard over the weekend, this fight might have been fixed.' First of all, these people looked like they covered tennis – not fighting – and you could tell none of them even watched the fight."

Dana White insists Weidman vs. Silva II up next- NO Super fights

UFC President Dana White believes Weidman and Silva will meet again in their next appearance.

"Anderson Silva needs to go home, hang out with his family, take a week or two to shake this thing off," White said following Saturday's post-UFC 162 press conference. "There are times when guys will win a fight, and they don't want to talk for three weeks. It's really part of the process, it really is, and especially a big night like tonight. And when you lose the way that he lost, there's a process for this."

Vitor Belfort, who had openly campaigned for the winner of the UFC 162 headliner.

"Anderson Silva has gone undefeated since 2006 and has beat everybody and held the title," White said. "He deserves the rematch. I mean, Chris Weidman said that before he even fought him. Vitor is just going to have to wait.

"He's not getting the rematch. He can text. He can tweet. He can write f---ing letters. He can call his congressman. He can do whatever he wants to do. He's going to have to wait. Anderson Silva is getting the rematch."

Dana White has little patience for 'f---ing idiots' who say UFC 162 was fixed

"It happened so fast – and some of you said it, and I was thinking the same thing – 'What just happened? Was he goofing around? Is he still goofing around when he's down and he's getting ready to pull guard?' Then they show that replay, and you just see him get clipped, and his eyes just roll back in his head," White said after Saturday's pay-per-view event at Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena.

"Yeah, the fix is in, you f---ing idiots."

"That's one of the things that makes combat sports and this sport so exiting," White said. "When two guys go in there, anything can happen. And to go out like that – goofing around and doing all the s--- he did and then to get clipped?

"Did you look around that arena tonight when [Silva] f---ing lost? The whole f---ing place was like going, 'Holy s---!' People were clapping and cheering. I've got a buddy from Boston who's down in Huntington Beach right now, and he said the streets were loaded with people out in the streets just yelling and screaming and going crazy. Imagine what it was like in Brazil, what it was like Brazil when the dude lost. This is just one of those moments where people are just f--ing going crazy. Anderson Silva lost tonight. That's just one of those crazy moments."

"He handled it like a champ, man," White said following the post-UFC 162 press conference. "He got up, he gave his interview, and said what he said. F--ing got dressed, showered, came out here, answered all the questions, stayed and had good answers to the questions. He didn't act smug. He handled it like a man."

Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate II slated for year-end UFC 168 pay-per-view

On Monday UFC President Dana White said the rematch between women's bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) and challenger Miesha Tate (13-4 MMA, 0-1 UFC) will be part of the card.

"Ronda and Miesha is just – leading up to that fight, that's going to be nasty," White said.

"I'm telling you, they hate each other so bad," he said. "You're going to see a lot of blur marks. Every f---ing time [Ronda is] seeing her, she's flipping off and getting in her face."

"Miesha by herself isn't that bad," Rousey said at the time. "Miesha in combination with her pet boyfriend, Mr. Tate, is frickin' something else. She's different when he's around. I can't stand him. I really feel like if she wasn't with him, she would fight better and she would be a better person.

"He's always glued to her hip because if he's not next to her, no one ever notices him."

Caraway responded: "If she doesn't like me, then she doesn't, but this isn't about me. This season of 'TUF' is about Miesha, Ronda and the fighters on their teams."

"It's not reality bulls--t," White said. "It's complete and total hatred. They hate each other."
